Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  • Scheduling caregivers and responding to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and/or “call-outs” arise.
  • Manage incoming calls for requests for home care services in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches.
  • Coordinate, schedule, mediate, and log all staffing activities utilizing the software system for all scheduling services.
  • Follow up with all CAREGiver and client issues to ensure problems are resolved and communicated in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling & staffing requires open and effective communication with colleagues, employees, clients, and family members. Positive attitude is a must!
  • Prior scheduling experience is a PLUS!

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possess excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls, and maintain professionalism and patience within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

 

Job Type: Full-time - based in Westport, MA

Pay: $16/hr - $18/hr

Schedule: Full-time:  Monday through Friday, 8am-4:45pm
